Mrs. Stephanie Davingman

Position: School Counselor

Stephanie Davingman, CADC, LCSW, LMFT, is a licensed clinical social worker and marriage and family therapist with a Type 73 certificate, indicating experience working with children and families in a school setting. She is an employee of Lutheran Child and Family Services (LCFS) and through the contract Trinity has with LCFS has provided school-based counseling services since 2000. Services consist of classroom guidance on topics such as social skills, individual sessions to help students deal with issues at school and home, family sessions with siblings to improve sibling relationships, and group services as needed. Stephanie also is part of the KEY team at Trinity, which is a group of staff who help students with learning difficulties to meet their educational needs.

Mrs. Megan Harris

Mrs. Megan Harris

Position: Reading Resource

Mrs.Harris is a graduate of ISU with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Before coming to Trinity in 2012 she taught in Unit 5 for 9 years. She has her Master's degree in reading and is a Reading Recovery trained teacher. She and her husband Paul live in Bloomington with their 3 children.

“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you.  Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

Mrs. Toni Boomgarden

Mrs. Toni Boomgarden

Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Mrs. Boomgarden was a nurse before returning to school to obtain her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology at Illinois State University. Upon graduating in 2009, she has had the opportunity to work in both public and private schools. She and her husband John have 2 children, Samantha and Jason. She feels blessed to be able to help God’s kids find their voice.

Mrs. Heather Hoffman

Mrs. Heather Hoffman

Position: KEY Team Coordinator

Mrs. Hoffman is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.A. in Elementary Education and Special Education.   She also received her Reading Recovery training at Purdue University.  Before coming to Trinity in 2012, she taught in both Indiana and Illinois.   Mrs. Hoffman is grateful that God led her to serve at Trinity Lutheran and continues to be amazed at the fantastic opportunities He provides.  She lives in Bloomington with her husband, Jeff, and 3 daughters.  They all enjoy spending time together cooking, crafting, and making memories.
